Any body wishing to place an order from outside of the UK can do so by email or telephone.

You can return any item for an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied with it. Returned items must be returned to us unworn and in the original condition you received it from us and accompanied with the invoice. If for any reason you wish to return your unworn/unused footwear, please send, along with your invoice, to:

All our boots come with a full 90 day guarantee against manufacture defects and faults.

Please note items must be returned in their original condition and will be inspected upon return. We advise to send your shoes back via a guaranteed delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, or get proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us. The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

Please state whether an exchange or refund is required. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We can only refund the card originally used for payment. We will refund the delivery charge only if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect. Returns can take up to 10 working days to be credited into your account. Once we have processed your returns/exchanges, we will send you a refund confirmation email advising the action that we have taken. If we are unable to provide you with an exchange, we will automatically refund you and send you an email to notify you of this. If you have not received this email after 10 working days, please call our team on 01663 308 252.

Warranty

The Online Warranty Card must be completed within 28 days of purchase. Failure to do so will invalidate any future warranty claim.

Boots must be returned to Coast to Coast for assessment before a decission is reached, and proof of purchase may be required. There is no fixed warranty period as each case is assessed individually, but no claim will be considered after 12 months of purchase. No claim will be accepted if boots are deeemed to have been used in the wrong environment or have been damaged through misuse. Boots may be repaired, replaced or credited at the discretion of Coast to Coast Boot Compamy LTD.
